Plant Parasitic Nematodes Associated with Maple (Acer Caesium) And Poplar (Populous Nigra) In District Swabi

Background: Parasitic nematodes are very destructive to crops, ornamental plants and woody as well which cause most severe diseases in feed on the roots of these plants.
 Objective: Main aim this study is identify different species associated with Maple (Acer caesium) Poplar (populous nigra) trees at district Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.
 Methodology: Some growing areas District Swabi were surveyed during year 2019, for occurrence incidence parasitic nematodes. Soil samples collected from localities analyzed Plant-parasitic extracted soil by Cobb methods, identified after fixation.
 Result: Maximum simples infected among all seven has been recorded. infection was recorded Zaida, Manki Anbar. Following found named Paratylenchus Larvae, Aphelenchus avenae, helicotylenchus dihystera, Tylenchus, Trichodorous Meloidogyne incognita. Ratio varieties incognita shows abundance two Lahor Zaida.
 Conclusion: The results clearly indicate fact that studied area mostly types highly affect plants.
